. No refunds are provided for non-faulty products because of hardware incompatibility or a change of buyer’s mind.
. No returns can be provided for software due to copyright issues.

. At the discretion of 1-Stop Digital, items may be returned but a restocking fee applies.
. Restocking fee (general): Fee of 25% for non-opened, 35% for opened products. Fee based on price of goods paid before packaging and courier costs. A request must be made to 1-Stop Digital within 7-days of purchase.
. In the rare event that the product arrives faulty or goes faulty within the product warranty period 1-Stop Digital will have the products submitted for servicing/replacement after a Return Authorisation number has been issued to the customer. Warranty does not cover any shipping & handling charges.
